Job Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, minimum accuracy of 90%–both alpha & numeric
Exceptional analytical skills(investigative nature, inquisitiveness and adaptability to environment)
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Clean and clear written and oral communicative skills
Ability to project a confident, clear and professional telephone presence
Must be used to a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instruction/direction well
Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Work availability during assigned shifts is a must.
Previous office/customer service experience

**BI-LINGUAL SKILLS ARE A PLUS**

Schedules:

1. Monday-Thursday & Saturday 8a-4p
2. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-4p & Saturday 3p-11p
3. Monday- Wednesday, Friday 11a-7p & Sunday 7a-3p
